This was my first home so it was all new and frightening. There was a bidding war for my house and there were other complications. It was all very emotional and I needed a lot, I mean a LOT of hand holding. I was ready to jump ship more than once. Lisa was able to "talk me down" and listen to my rants many times. She was always so patient and understanding. Lisa always explained everything so I understood the process and what all the paperwork was for. It may sound corny but her first priority was my happiness. She was there for me 24/7 no matter what. She negotiated vigorously and ultimately got me my dream home. Who can say their very first home was their dream home? Because of Lisa, I certainly can. I couldn't have gone through all that without her. | |||||

Following the passing of my father in June of 2017, we contacted Lisa to help sell the rental properties that my parents owned. Two years later, we used her to sell the home that my parents lived in for over 35 years so that my mom could move into a senior living center. In the sale of those properties she was wonderful and went above and beyond to not just help us sell the properties but to work with us during the difficult time of our dad's passing and then work with our mom as she moved out of the place that had been home for so long. I felt like Lisa was particularly gifted in helping Mom through the emotions of those two very difficult times and that through it all she became a friend to Mom and a real blessing to us. The three of us live a good distance from Lemoore so Lisa served both Mom and us in the way she took care of both the sale of the properties and befriended our mother. She has my highest recommendation to anyone looking for someone who is both professional and personable in the sale of the place you have called home or any other properties that you need to sell. | |||||
